Are the tickets I received valid?

Yes, the tickets that you purchase from us are valid. We offer a 100% guarantee on all tickets listed on our site whether they are e-tickets, hard stock tickets, or paperless tickets.

If you arrive at the venue to find someone is sitting in your assigned seat, it is your responsibility to ask them to move or to ask an usher to assist you. 

In the incredibly unlikely event that your tickets are not honored by the venue or are deemed invalid, please contact UberSeat Customer Service by phone at 1-888-501-3955, or via email at help@uberseat.com. We will make sure that you are taken care of!

UberSeat will notify the sellers and an investigation will be conducted based on your request. It is important to provide as many details as possible when explaining what occurred at the venue. If you have secured any documentation from the venue regarding the issue, please provide us with that as well. Please allow up to 10 days for a resolution to be reached. Upon confirmation that the tickets were invalid for entry, UberSeat will provide you with a 200% refund for the cost of the tickets, including shipping charges.
