Why is my order pending?

Once an order is placed, the ticket seller requires one business day to confirm and accept it. Often times this process occurs much more quickly. You will receive an email notification when the order has been either accepted or canceled.

You will not be charged for a canceled order. You may see a pending authorization hold on your account - those funds will return organically to you in 1-3 business days, depending on your card issuer and bank.
